Proces vm-file-extractor nelze spustit kvůli nedostatku paměti ve vyhledávacím uzlu PowerProtect Data Manager. Minimální požadavek na volnou paměť je 800 MB. Selhání spuštění nástroje vm-file-extractor způsobilo, že bit jen pro čtení nebyl správně nastaven. To vede k chybě "Nelze resetovat disky do režimu čtení/zápisu poté, co je operace nečinnosti VSS nastavila na pouze pro čtení."

1. Přihlaste se do zařízení PowerProtect Data Manager pomocí SSH, přepněte na uživatele root a spuštěním níže uvedených příkazů získejte heslo vyhledávacího uzlu PowerProtect Data Manager.

2. Přihlaste se ke každému vyhledávacímu uzlu pomocí přihlašovacích údajů získaných v kroku 1.
3. Spuštěním níže uvedených příkazů zkontrolujte využití paměti vyhledávacím uzlem.

free -m

4. Pokud je volná paměť skutečně menší než 800 MB, přidejte do vyhledávacího uzlu další paměť nebo restartujte vyhledávací uzel, když je nástroj PowerProtect Data Manager nečinný, a uvolněte tak přidělenou paměť.
5. Znovu spusťte obnovení virtuálního počítače.
