PowerProtect Data Manager検索ノードのメモリーが不足しているため、プロセスvm-file-extractorを実行できません。空きメモリの最小要件は 800 MB です。vm-file-extractor の実行に失敗したため、読み取り専用ビットが正しく設定されませんでした。したがって、「VSSの休止操作後にディスクを読み取り/書き込みモードにリセットできません。読み取り専用に設定します」というエラーが発生します。

1.SSHを使用してPowerProtect Data Managerアプライアンスにログインし、rootユーザーに切り替えて、次のコマンドを実行してPowerProtect Data Manager検索ノードのパスワードを取得します。

source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env && /opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get -secret -node_type SearchNode

2.手順1.
で取得した認証情報を使用して、各検索ノードにログインします3.次のコマンドを実行して、検索ノードのメモリー使用量を確認します。

free -m

4.空きメモリーが実際に800 MB未満の場合は、検索ノードにメモリーを追加するか、PowerProtect Data Managerがアイドル状態のときに検索ノードを再起動して、割り当てられたメモリーを解放します
5.VMのリストアを再実行します。
