PowerProtect Data Manager 검색 노드에 메모리가 부족하여 vm-file-extractor 프로세스를 실행할 수 없습니다. 사용 가능한 메모리의 최소 요구 사항은 800MB입니다. vm-file-extractor 실행 실패로 인해 읽기 전용 비트가 제대로 설정되지 않았습니다. 따라서 "VSS 중지 작업 후 디스크를 읽기 전용으로 설정한 후 디스크를 읽기/쓰기 모드로 재설정할 수 없습니다." 오류가 발생합니다.

1. SSH를 사용하여 PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스에 로그인하고 루트 사용자로 전환한 후 아래 명령을 실행하여 PowerProtect Data Manager 검색 노드의 비밀번호를 가져옵니다.

2. 1단계에서 얻은 자격 증명을 사용하여 각 검색 노드에 로그인합니다.
3. 아래 명령을 실행하여 검색 노드의 메모리 사용량을 확인합니다.

free -m

4. 사용 가능한 메모리가 실제로 800MB 미만인 경우 검색 노드에 메모리를 더 추가하거나 PowerProtect Data Manager가 유휴 상태일 때 검색 노드를 재부팅하여 할당된 메모리를 확보합니다.
5. VM 복원을 다시 실행합니다.
