Процес vm-file-extractor не може бути запущений через відсутність пам'яті на пошуковому вузлі PowerProtect Data Manager. Мінімальна вимога до вільної пам'яті становить 800 Мб. Помилка запуску vm-file-extractor призвела до того, що біт, доступний лише для читання, не був встановлений належним чином. Таким чином, що призводить до помилки "Неможливо скинути диски в режим читання/запису після операції VSS спокій, встановіть їх на режим тільки читання".

1. Увійдіть у пристрій PowerProtect Data Manager за допомогою SSH, перейдіть до користувача root і виконайте наведені нижче команди, щоб отримати пароль пошукового вузла PowerProtect Data Manager.

2. Увійдіть у кожен вузол пошуку, використовуючи облікові дані, отримані на кроці 1.
3. Виконайте команду нижче, щоб перевірити використання пам'яті вузлом пошуку.

4. Якщо обсяг вільної пам'яті дійсно менше 800 МБ, додайте більше пам'яті до вузла пошуку або перезавантажте вузол пошуку, коли диспетчер даних PowerProtect не працює, щоб звільнити виділену пам'ять.
5. Повторно запустіть відновлення віртуальної машини.
