由于 PowerProtect Data Manager 搜索节点上缺少内存，进程 vm-file-extractor 无法运行。可用内存的最低要求是 800 MB。运行 vm-file-extractor 失败导致只读位设置不正确。因此，这会导致错误“在 VSS 静止作后无法将磁盘重置为读/写模式，将其设置为只读”。

1.使用 SSH 登录 PowerProtect Data Manager 备份一体机，切换到 root 用户，然后运行以下命令以获取 PowerProtect Data Manager 搜索节点的密码。

source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env && /opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get -secret -node_type SearchNode

2.使用在步骤 1 中获得的凭据登录到每个搜索节点。
3.运行以下命令以检查搜索节点的内存使用情况。

free -m

4.如果可用内存确实小于 800 MB，请向搜索节点添加更多内存，或在 PowerProtect Data Manager 空闲时重新启动搜索节点，以释放已分配的内存。
5.重新运行虚拟机还原。
