Cause

Probleme mit Netzwerk-SSH-Konnektivität: Netzwerk- oder SSH-Konnektivität zwischen den Nodes oder mit einem Remote-VDC (Virtual Data Center) ist möglicherweise nicht verfügbar.

Problem mit den SSH-Schlüsseln: Vorhandene SSH-Schlüssel im VDC wurden möglicherweise nicht korrekt konfiguriert.

Resolution

Der SSH-Port sollte zwischen dem VDC in einem Verbund offen sein, um eine Schlüsselrotation zu ermöglichen.

Wenden Sie sich mit den Protokollen des Nodes, von dem die Konsole ausgeführt wurde, an den technischen Support von Dell ECS und ObjectScale , wenn das Problem dadurch nicht behoben wird:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
