Symptoms

  • ドメインまたはユーザー名にハイフンが含まれている外部ユーザー(AD/LDAP/NIS)は、SSHまたはUIを使用してログインできません。
  • パスワード送信直後に認証が失敗します。
  • システムは、アクセス権を付与せずに接続をリセットします。

smu_user_is_external_username_valid: returning FALSE for user: corp-eng\test  
smu_session_is_session_username_valid: Session username is not valid  
Invalid user "corp-eng\test"  
Disconnected from user test.local\\test
注：ドメイン名には、DNSドメイン名(a-b.c.com)とNetBIOSドメイン名(corp-eng)が含まれます。

Cause

DDOSユーザー名(およびドメイン名)の検証ロジックで、ハイフンを含む外部ユーザー名が正しく検証されないため、認証試行に失敗しました。

Resolution

この問題は、次のDDOSバージョンで解決されています。

  • DDOS-7.13.1.20
  • DDOS-8.3.0.0

ハイフンを含む外部ユーザー名のログイン機能を復元するには、これらのバージョンのいずれかにアップグレードしてください。
