Symptoms

  • 域或用户名中包含连字符的外部用户 （AD/LDAP/NIS） 无法使用 SSH 或 UI 登录。
  • 提交密码后，身份验证立即失败。
  • 系统将在不授予访问权限的情况下重置连接。

提醒：域名包括 DNS 域名 （a-b.c.com） 和 NetBIOS 域名 （corp-eng）。

Cause

DDOS 用户名（和域名）验证逻辑未正确验证包含连字符的外部用户名，导致身份验证尝试失败。

Resolution

此问题已在以下 DDOS 版本中得到解决：

  • DDOS-7.13.1.20
  • DDOS-8.3.0.0

升级到这些版本之一，以恢复带连字符的外部用户名的登录功能。
