PPDM visar säkerhetskopieringsfiler från PowerProtect DD-systemet misslyckas med fel

Det går inte att lista säkerhetskopieringsfiler från PowerProtect DD-systemet med meddelandet "Det gick inte att hitta användarnamnet för servern.

Felaktigt värde har angetts för Data Domain-värdnamnet. Detta bör vara värdens IP-adress och inte det faktiska värdnamnet.

1. Visa DD-värdnamnet med kommandot ddutil -s från Oracle-värden.
   Exempel på utdata:
