Cause

La CA radice, che non è scaduta, non è più attendibile. Ciò impedisce il caricamento o l'accesso di PowerProtect DD System Manager (DDSM). 

Il problema non è limitato alle seguenti versioni di DD OS:

  • DD OS 8.4
  • DD OS 8.3
  • DD OS 7.13.1.40

Resolution

Rigenerare la CA radice di tutti i Data Domain elencati in "Errore durante la connessione all'host remoto: Potrebbe essere necessario ristabilire la fiducia reciproca tra" voci di registro. Utilizzare le istruzioni riportate nel seguente articolo per rigenerare la CA.
