Symptoms

DD OSのアップグレード後にWeb UIにアクセスできません。Webページにアクセスしようとすると、ステータス404 Not foundが表示されます。

Cause

有効期限が切れていないルートCAは信頼されなくなりました。これにより、PowerProtect DD System Manager (DDSM)がロードされないか、ログインに成功しません。 

この問題は、次のDD OSバージョンに限定されません。

  • DD OS 8.4
  • DD OS 8.3
  • DD OS 7.13.1.40

Resolution

「Error connecting to remote host: 相互信頼は、ログ エントリー間で再確立する必要がある場合があります。次の記事の手順に従って、CA を再生成します。
