Symptoms
VxRail Manager 支援附掛程式尚未設定防火牆以允許直接連線或支援帳戶登入。若要建立 dial-home 或取得網際網路更新的存取權，必須設定防火牆。
Cause
未針對支援附掛程式設定網路。
Resolution
防火牆和路由器必須允許 *.dell.com 和 *.emc.com 透過連接埠 443 和 8443 至 VxRail Manager 的 IP，讓支援附掛程式直接連線，而無需 SCG 裝置。
VxRail Manager 不允許 SSL 檢查，這必須從 SSL 檢查中排除，VxRail Manager 才能偵測到有效的憑證 *.dell.com 和 *.emc.com
這是為直接連接配置網路的最簡單方法。否則，必須允許大量終結點，並且不能保證它們保持不變。
