Symptoms
VxRail Manager-supportplugin har ikke haft en firewall konfigureret til at tillade direkte tilslutning eller supportkonto til at logge på. For at der kan oprettes opkaldshjem eller opnås adgang til internetopdateringer, skal firewallen konfigureres.
Cause
Netværk er ikke konfigureret til supportplugin.
Resolution
Firewall og router skal tillade *.dell.com og *.emc.com over portene 443 og 8443 til VxRail Managers IP for support-pluginet til direkte tilslutning uden en SCG-enhed.
SSL-inspektion er ikke tilladt for VxRail Manager, den skal udelukkes fra SSL-inspektion, så VxRail Manager registrerer gyldige certifikater for at *.dell.com og *.emc.com
Dette er den nemmeste måde at konfigurere et netværk til direkte tilslutning på. Ellers er der en stor liste over slutpunkter, der skal tillades, og de garanteres ikke at forblive de samme.
