Dell Unity 支持 [网络文件系统 （NFS）] NFSv3 至 NFSv4.1。可以对每个 NAS 服务器启用 NFS，这仅启用 NFSv3 协议。启用 NFSv3 后，管理员可以选择启用其他选项，例如 vVols、NFSv4 和安全 NFS。之后，在创建 NFS 文件系统和共享时，还可以在共享级别设置默认主机访问权限，并为特定主机定义例外。
在 UnityOS 4.4 及更低版本中，必须先启用 NFSv3，然后才能启用 NFSv4。UnityOS 4.5 增加了独立启用 NFSv3 或 NFSv4 的功能。这对于仅使用 NFSv4 并希望禁用 NFSv3 协议的客户非常有用。vVol 不支持 NFSv4。
