Cause

要确认问题，请执行以下作：

  1. 请转至 %temp%。
    提醒：如果在安装过程中修改了此位置，则此位置可能会有所不同。
  2. 双击 confer-temp.log。
  3. 在日志中，搜索 CbELAM.sys。 
    CopyDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed: 3
InstallFileDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed
install: InstallAll: returning error

    这是因为 CBeLAM.sys 在卸载 VMware Carbon Black Cloud 传感器期间未正确删除。

Resolution

在管理员命令提示符下，运行以下命令，然后再尝试重新安装。不需要重新启动。

MKDIR C:\Windows\ELAMBKUP
DEL /F C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CbELAM.sys
