Cause

문제를 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. 다음 사이트로 이동합니다. %temp%를 입력합니다.
    참고: 이 위치는 설치 중에 수정하면 달라질 수 있습니다.
  2. 두 번 클릭 confer-temp.log를 입력합니다.
  3. 로그에서 다음을 검색합니다. CbELAM.sys를 입력합니다. 
    CopyDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed: 3
InstallFileDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed
install: InstallAll: returning error

    이 문제는 CBeLAM.sys VMware Carbon Black Cloud 센서를 제거하는 동안 제대로 제거되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

재설치를 시도하기 전에 관리자 명령 프롬프트에서 다음을 실행합니다. 재부팅은 필요하지 않습니다.

MKDIR C:\Windows\ELAMBKUP
DEL /F C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CbELAM.sys
