Cause

Het probleem bevestigen:

  1. Ga naar: %temp%.
    Opmerking: Deze locatie kan verschillen als deze tijdens de installatie wordt gewijzigd.
  2. Dubbelklik confer-temp.log.
  3. Zoek in het logboek naar CbELAM.sys. 
    CopyDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed: 3
InstallFileDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed
install: InstallAll: returning error

    Dit wordt veroorzaakt doordat CBeLAM.sys is niet goed verwijderd tijdens het verwijderen van de VMware Carbon Black Cloud-sensor.

Resolution

Voer vanaf een beheerdersopdrachtprompt het volgende uit voordat u probeert opnieuw te installeren. Opnieuw opstarten is niet nodig.

MKDIR C:\Windows\ELAMBKUP
DEL /F C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CbELAM.sys
