Cause

Potvrzení problému:

  1. Navštivte adresu %temp%.
    Poznámka: Toto umístění se může lišit, pokud se během instalace změní.
  2. Dvakrát klikněte confer-temp.log.
  3. V protokolu vyhledejte výraz CbELAM.sys. 
    CopyDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed: 3
InstallFileDriver: ERROR: copy CbELAM.sys failed
install: InstallAll: returning error

    To je způsobeno tím, že CBeLAM.sys se během odinstalace snímače VMware Carbon Black Cloud neodebral správně.

Resolution

Před pokusem o přeinstalaci spusťte v příkazovém řádku správce následující příkaz. Není vyžadováno restartování.

MKDIR C:\Windows\ELAMBKUP
DEL /F C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CbELAM.sys
