Symptoms

SharePoint 備份可能會失敗或完成，並出現類似以下的例外錯誤：

2014-04-29 20:13:27 avmossvss Error <0000>: The back-end client SQLBACKEND will be dropped later in the process. 
2014-04-29 20:16:27 avmossvss Error <0000>: The back-end plug-in on client SQLBACKEND (10.1.1.1) terminated with errorcode 10019: Externally cancelled by Administrator.
2014-04-29 20:24:33 avmossvss Error <13968>: The back-end client [SQLBACKEND] has failed to backup, so its components will not be displayed for restore.

Cause

後端資料庫伺服器上的 SQL 維護作業要麼與前端用戶端上的 SharePoint 備份同時啟動，要麼重疊。這些衝突的備份工作會導致其中一個或兩個工作失敗。雖然 SharePoint 備份在前端用戶端上啟動，但該前端用戶端會向每個後端用戶端發送子工作順序以備份 SharePoint 資料庫。如果另一個程序鎖定 SharePoint 資料庫，則 SharePoint 附掛程式無法備份後端用戶端上的資料庫。

SharePoint 場中的後端用戶端註冊到與前端用戶端不同的 Avamar 網格也可能導致類似的錯誤。

Resolution

將 SQL 維護或 Avamar SharePoint 備份的排定工作重新排列至不同的時間範圍，以避免它們重疊。

如果 SharePoint 場中的伺服器已註冊到不同的 Avamar 格線，請將所有伺服器重新註冊到相同的 Avamar 格線。若為同盟備份 （SharePoint、Exchange、SQL AlwaysOn），不支援將 Windows 用戶端註冊至不同的 Avamar 格線。
