Symptoms



Frequent call home alerts are sent for event data 'SVE_Config message'

Cause

This call home event data [SVE_Config message] represents the config.xml file being sent to the EMC database.

This ensures the most up to date information regarding the VPlex system is contained in the EMC database. This includes VPlex code version and type.

An example of the call home event is:
