Dell Digital Delivery (DDD) 使用户能够下载和安装随戴尔计算机一起购买的软件。

所有戴尔 Windows 笔记本电脑或塔式机都出厂预装了 Dell Digital Delivery。如果重新安装 Windows 10，则必须重新安装该软件。

警告：独立于戴尔平台购买的软件可通过 Dell Digital Locker 获取，而非 Dell Digital Delivery。

在继续操作之前，请确保您具有：

  • 您正在使用的计算机的管理员权限。
  • 需要有效的互联网连接。

下载和安装 Dell Digital Delivery 的步骤

  1. 在网页浏览器中，转至 https://www.dell.com/support/home。

  2. 在 Search Support 下，输入您的服务编号，然后按 Search（图 1 仅英文。）

  1. 单击 Drivers & Downloads。

  2. 展开 Find Drivers（图 2 仅英文。）

  1. 在 Keyword 下，键入 Dell Digital Delivery，然后按 Enter 键

  2. 单击 Dell/Alienware Digital Delivery Application 右侧的 Download。

  3. 转至下载位置，然后双击 Dell-Alienware-Digital-Delivery-Application-[VERSION].exe。

提醒：
  • [VERSION] 是软件捆绑包的版本。
  • 该 [VERSION] 可能与您环境中的版本不同。

  1. 是否出现用户帐户控制 (UAC) 提示？

    • 如果是，请单击 Yes。

    • 如果否，请转至下一步。

  2. 在 Dell Update Package 中，单击 INSTALL（图 3 仅英文。）
