Sistem Durumu aşağıdaki senaryolardan birinde "x> öğesinin <SN'si farklı, <IPMI <SN-B> SYM (KB#000196196) içinde sn-a>" iletisini görüntüleyebilir:

  • Sistem Denetimi veya Yükseltme Uzantılarını Çalıştır seçeneğiyle PowerStore Manager'ı (Kullanıcı Arayüzü) kullanarak Sistem Denetimi çalıştırma. 
NOT: Yükseltme Uzantılarını Çalıştır seçeneği yalnızca PowerStoreOS 2.1.x'te mevcuttur.

Yukarıdaki mesaj, PowerStore'un farklı alt sistemlerinde değiştirilebilir bir bileşenin (FRU veya CRU) seri numarasında (SN) bir tutarsızlık olduğunu belirtir. 

Bu sorun mevcutsa PUHC denetimi başarısız olabilir ve yazılım güncelleme NDU su mümkün olmaz.

Bu sorunu çözmek için yardım almak üzere teknik desteğe başvurun. Sorunun daha hızlı bir şekilde ele alınması ve çözüme kavuşturulması için KB #000196196 ye başvurun.
