Instructions

在以下情况之一中，系统运行状况可能会显示消息“项目 <x> 的 SN 不同，<IPMI <SN-B> SYM （KB#000196196） 中的 sn-a>”：

  • 使用 PowerStore Manager （UI） 运行系统检查，包括 System Check 或 Run Upgrade Extensions 选项。 
提醒： “Run Upgrade Extensions”选项仅在 PowerStoreOS 2.1.x 中可用。


系统运行状况显示消息 
 

  • 使用 SSH 连接运行系统运行状况服务脚本 （svc_health_check）：
[SVC:service@51X1BW2-A user]$ svc_health_check run -rhc component_sn_check

以上消息指示 PowerStore 的不同子系统中的可更换组件（FRU 或 CRU）的序列号 （SN） 不一致。

存在此问题时，PUHC 检查可能会失败，并且软件更新 NDU 将无法进行。
