Instructions

在下列其中一個情況下，系統健全狀況可能會顯示訊息「項目 x> 的 <SN 不同，<IPMI <SN-B> SYM （KB#000196196） 中的 sn-a>」：

  • 使用 PowerStore Manager （UI） 與系統檢查或執行升級擴充功能選項執行系統檢查。 
注意： 執行升級擴充功能選項僅適用於 PowerStoreOS 2.1.x。


系統健全狀況顯示訊息 
 

  • 使用 SSH 連線執行系統健全狀況服務指令檔 （svc_health_check ）：

上述訊息指出 PowerStore 不同子系統中的可更換元件 （FRU 或 CRU） 序號 （SN） 不一致。

如果存在此問題，PUHC 檢查可能會失敗，且軟體更新 NDU 將無法進行。
