Symptoms

Uploading "server certificate and key concatenated file" using DLm System Manager (DSM) results in the following sequence of messages:
Certificate upload failed
Successfully added new certificate
Deleted certificate nicknamed _test_cert
Failed to find a key related to the certificate

Cause

DLm System Manager requires certificate PEM file to be UNIX line ending format.

Resolution

Workaround:
Ensure that the PEM file is a concatenation of one or more server certificates and private key. Retry the upload after ensuring that it is UNIX line ending format with the following format command:
dos2unix filename.pem
(For example, for concatenated certificate and key file named new_certificate.pem, the file should read: dos2unix new_certificate.pem)
