PowerStore: Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) checks if all snapshot commands are all in completed state

Symptoms
The Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) detects that there are VM snapshot commands that are not in the completed state. The PUHC will fail with the message "Found pending/running scheduled VM snapshot commands. Please wait for VM snapshots to complete. VM snapshot schedule may need to be paused or reduced for NDU to proceed. (scheduled_vm_snapshot).".
This health check is included in the health check package downloaded from the Dell Drivers and Downloads site.
Cause
The PUHC detects if there are any VM scheduled snapshots in progress. Internally, the PUHC checks that all CreateScheduledVMSnapshotCommand commands are in COMPLETED state. If they are not in the COMPLETED state the NDU cannot be initiated.
Resolution
If the issue of this PUHC exists then NDU will be blocked.

- Pause or reduce the frequency of the VM snapshot schedules.
