Symptoms

PUHC 會檢查叢集的電源供應器是否為備援。

如果偵測到非備援電源供應器，則會顯示下列訊息 "Found Non-redundant Power Supply. Please check power supplie input or contact your service provider to investigate. (powersupply_redundancy)".

Cause

有各種可能的原因，例如 PDU 為電源供應器供電的問題、拔下的纜線等。

Resolution

如果偵測到此問題：

  • 檢查電源供應器上的警示。
  • 檢查電源供應器的兩個輸入電源是否都正常運作。

  • 請聯絡 Dell 技術支援部門以尋求協助。

如果在電源供應器故障時嘗試，NDU 將會失敗。
