Symptoms
在 PowerStoreOS 3.6.1 及更低版本中，SSD 可能会发生故障而不显示警报，也不会向 SupportAssist 发送通知。
症状：
- 发出 SSD 断开连接警报：
XMS_SSD_FRU_STATE_DISCONNECTED (0x00307104) - SSD 断开连接警报会在几分钟后自动清除。
- PowerStore Manager Hardware选项卡中的相应插槽将 SSD 显示为故障。
- 对于 SSD 断开连接警报，将发送电子邮件或 SNMP 通知（如果已配置）：
XMS_SSD_FRU_STATE_DISCONNECTED (0x00307104)
在 PowerStoreOS 4.0 及更高版本中，会发出警报 XMS_BRICK_SLOT_STATE_ERROR (0x00302006) 含错误原因 MGMT_SLOT_ERROR_DRIVE_ASSERTED 可能会针对上述故障模式发出警报并发送给 SupportAssist。
Cause
在极少数情况下，由于软件问题，PowerStore 的控制模块无法检测到 SSD 故障。这会导致发出的 SSD 警报被自动清除，并且不会向 SupportAssist 发送通知。
在 PowerStoreOS 4.0 及更高版本中，会发出警报 XMS_BRICK_SLOT_STATE_ERROR (0x00302006) 含错误原因 MGMT_SLOT_ERROR_DRIVE_ASSERTED 可能会针对上述故障模式发出警报并发送给 SupportAssist。
