Symptoms

문제 #1: 규정 준수 또는 상태 점검을 수행할 때 다음을 반환합니다. "[ERROR] 'Validate BMC availability' failed: Invalid BMC configuration on some/all nodes."

On node with IP 169.254.1.1 and FQDN xxxxx-node1.yyyyy.com, Can't connect to BMC IP 192.168.219.101
On node with IP 169.254.1.3 and FQDN xxxxx-node3.yyyyy.com, Can't connect to BMC IP 192.168.219.103
On node with IP 169.254.1.4 and FQDN xxxxx-node4.yyyyy.com, Can't connect to BMC IP 192.168.219.104
On node with IP 169.254.1.5 and FQDN xxxxx-node5.yyyyy.com, Can't connect to BMC IP 192.168.219.105

로컬에서 IPMI 툴을 사용하면 제대로 작동하지만 동일한 노드에 LAN을 통해 IPMI를 사용하면 작동하지 않습니다.

문제 # 2 또한 BMC IP 주소를 ssh하려고 할 때 연결을 거부합니다.

admin@xxxxx-node1~> ssh root@192.168.219.101
ssh: connect to host 192.168.219.101 port 22: Connection refused

 

Cause

문제 # 1: IPMI over LAN이 비활성화되어 있습니다.

문제 # 2: SSH가 비활성화되어 있습니다.

 

Resolution

 

  1. 이 문제를 해결하려면 발급된 노드의 BMC UI에 로그인해야 합니다. KB 000019917 따라 이 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다. ECS: Secure Remote Services를 통해 BMC/iDRAC 콘솔 및 VDC UI에 연결하는 방법

  2. BMC UI에 로그인한 후 ConfigurationSecurity> Settings를 선택합니다.

  3. IPMI over LAN/SSH Disabled 그림에서와 같이 확인란을 선택하고 Save를 클릭하여 활성화해야 합니다.

  4. 문제 # 1의 경우: IPMI over LAN을 활성화한 후service-console run Health_Check --specific-check Validate BMC availability"를 눌러 유효성 검사 문제가 해결되었는지 확인하려면 아래와 같이 PASS해야 합니다.
