NVP-vProxy：vProxy 的持續登入錯誤

Symptoms

從一個 vProxy 到 vCenter 的連續登入錯誤會在 /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vbackupd/vbackupd-engine.log 啟用除錯時。錯誤每 5 分鐘發生一次。

Cause

vProxy 的 InventorySessions.gob 檔案可用來儲存 NetWorker 伺服器的工作階段資訊 nsrvisd 服務。可使用 .gob 擴展名表明這些檔採用 Go 二進位格式，其中可能包含與庫存管理相關的會話資訊。在某些情況下，此檔案可能尚未清理，並已快取有關 vCenter 認證的過期資訊。在某些情況下， InventorySessions.gob 清理期間可能無法刪除檔案，導致嘗試登入失敗。

Resolution

重新命名資料夾 /data01/runtime/state/vbackupd/ 資料夾或刪除 .gob 檔案是建議的因應措施。

1.開啟至 vProxy 裝置的 SSH 工作階段，並以系統管理員身分登入。
2.登入後，請切換至 root：

sudo su -

3.停止 vbackupd 服務：

systemctl stop vbackupd

4.重新命名 /data01/runtime/state/vbackupd/ 目錄：

mv /data01/runtime/state/vbackupd/ /data01/runtime/state/vbackupd_`date -I`.bak

5.重新載入 vProxy 精靈：

systemctl daemon-reload

6.開始 vbackupd：

systemctl start vbackupd

新的 /data01/runtime/state/vbackupd/ 目錄隨即建立。
