Symptoms

Os backups de um client de file system do NetWorker estão falhando com os seguintes erros observados nos registros da sessão:

181407:save: Step (1 of 7) for PID-87339: Save has been started on the client 'NETWORKER_CLIENT_NAME'.
174412:save: Step (2 of 7) for PID-87339: Running the backup on the client 'NETWORKER_CLIENT_NAME' for the save set 'SAVESET_NAME'.

Cause

Há um problema de certificado de par entre o client do NetWorker e o nó de armazenamento do NetWorker.

Resolution

Limpe as "NSR peer information" do client e do nó de armazenamento do NetWorker em ambos os hosts.
