PowerStore: Block Non-Disruptive Upgrade (NDU) to Unsupported Build

Symptoms
The PowerStore "Pause Upgrade" feature was introduced on a limited set of releases of the PowerStore OS as outlined below. An upgrade from a version that supports the "Pause Upgrade" feature to a version that does not support the feature is not allowed and this PUHC is designed to block the NDU scenario.
PowerStore OS versions that support the "Pause Upgrade" feature
- 3.6.1.2-2387674
- 3.6.1.5 Hotfix-2511109
- 4.0.0.2-2387744
- All versions on 4.2.x
If this PUHC identifies the source PowerStore OS that supports "Pause Upgrade" and a destination PowerStore OS that does not, the NDU will be disallowed
Cause
A PowerStore OS that supports "Pause Upgrade" may only be upgraded (NDU) to a PowerStore OS version that also supports the feature.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that the target version selected for the PowerStore OS upgrade supports the "Pause Upgrade" feature. If the intended target version does not support the "Pause Upgrade" feature, choose an alternative version (if available) that maintains feature compatibility.
Note: The "Pause Upgrade" feature will be supported universally by the PowerStore OS starting with version 4.2
