Symptoms

A health check in the RxDefinitions package detects this issue. The alert 0x03700103 was raised for:

 

"High Memory usage detected on one or both nodes."

 

Cause

The Alert indicates that there is a potential memory leak on one or both nodes on the system. 

If available system memory is below a certain threshold, system operations may be impacted, service may restart, or nodes maybe reboot unexpectedly

Resolution

Contact Technical Support for review of the underlying cause of the error to determine the best course of action. Mention this KB article ID to expedite processing.
