Symptoms

RxDefinitions 패키지의 상태 점검에서 이 문제가 감지됩니다. 다음에 대해 알림 0x03700103이 발생했습니다. 

"원격 RTP의 포털 목록에서 오래된 IP가 감지되었습니다."

Cause

PowerStore AA(Add Appliance) 프로세스 중에 기본 어플라이언스에 구성된 GSIP(Global Storage Discovery IP)가 새로 추가된(보조) 어플라이언스의 포털 목록에 자동으로 전파됩니다.  그러나 버전 4.x로의 NDU(Non-Disruptive Upgrade) 후 GSIP를 수동으로 업데이트하거나 재구성하는 경우 이전 IP 주소가 보조 어플라이언스의 포털 목록에서 자동으로 제거되지 않습니다.  이로 인해 오래된 GSIP 항목이 생성되어 후속 어플라이언스 추가 작업이 실패할 수 있습니다.

 

Resolution

이 문제는 PowerStoreOS 버전 4.2에서 해결되었습니다

기술 지원 부서에 문의하여 오류의 근본 원인을 검토하고 최상의 조치를 결정하십시오. 처리를 위해 이 KB 문서 ID를 언급하십시오.
