Symptoms
系統會發出警示0x03700103，並顯示訊息「4-port card state is incorrect.」
PowerStore 也有一個系統執行狀況檢查 （SHC），會顯示「Found net devices for FE ports of 4 port card」PowerStore Manager 的訊息：

如果 PowerStore 500T 部署在 PowerStore 2.0 版上，或已將 4PortCard 新增至已執行 4.1 版的系統，則系統可能無法建立必要的網路裝置物件。一旦裝置執行 PowerStore 4.1 版，4PortCard 的 FRU 狀態可能會錯誤地設定為 not_in_use。
如果在此狀態下更換介面卡，PowerStore System Manager （SYM） 可能無法正確處理轉換，可能會觸發滾動節點錯誤，並導致資料不可用性 （DU） 事件。 參照 KB 000342081
Resolution
此問題已在 PowerStore 4.2.0.0 版中解決。 我們也計劃在 PowerStore 4.1.0.2 版本中發佈此問題的修正。
