Symptoms

L'esecuzione del comando "gstclreport" comporta l'impossibilità per lo script di trovare il java.xml.bind modulo.

Cause

L'errore:

java.lang.module.FindException

Modulo java.xml.bind non trovato si verifica in genere quando si utilizza Java 9 o versioni successive, perché l'icona java.xml.bind modulo (che include JAXB) è stato rimosso dallo standard Java Standard Edition (SE) a partire da Java 11. (java.xml.bind è stato rimosso per JDK17.)

Resolution

Il team di progettazione di Dell NetWorker si è occupato della questione e l'ha identificata come un problema software. È stato generato un ticket relativo al problema: NETWORKER-121414. 

La correzione è disponibile nella versione 19.13.0.3 e successive.
