Cause
これは、C++の実行時間の前提条件がないことが原因である可能性があります。
- 管理コマンドプロンプトを開きます。
- 次を実行：
wmic product where "name like '%Visual C++ 2012%'" get name, versionの表示が試行されます。 - 出力に次のような行がない場合は、Microsoft Visual C++ 2012ランタイムがありません。
