Symptoms

  • Bir yükseltme paketinin yüklemesi sırasında yükleme takılı kalıyor (genellikle %37'de kalıyor ancak değişebilir)
  • Bir süre sonra yükleme çubuğu GUI'den kaybolur ve lcm.log GUI'sinde de herhangi bir hata görüntülenmez.
  • Müşteride proxy etkinleştirilmiş olabilir veya VxRail ağına VxRail ağında yer almayan atlama sunucusundan erişiyor olabilir

Cause

Paketin yüklenmesini engelleyen ağ sorunu.

Resolution

  • Müşteri aynı ağ üzerinde olmayan VxRail Manager a erişmek için atlama sunucusu kullanıyorsa lütfen müşteriden aynı ağ üzerindeki bir aygıttan erişmesini isteyin
  • VxRail Manager'da bir proxy etkinse devre dışı bırakın: Küme düzeyinde > Ayarları Yapılandır >
