Symptoms

NWUI-palvelin on asennettu Linux-ympäristöön.

Päivitetty NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) -ympäristö ja sen jälkeen nreconfig.sh-komentosarja. 
# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh
Palvelin käynnistettiin uudelleen tai NWUI käynnistettiin uudelleen.

Kun NWUI käynnistetään, kirjautuminen epäonnistuu seuraavasti:

Cause

NWUI-palvelin käyttää käyttäjätilin todennukseen NetWorker-todennuspalvelua ja JAVA (NRE) -todennuspalvelua. NRE-päivitys poistaa määritystiedostot kansiosta /opt/nre/ja luo ne uudelleen uusilla tunnisteilla. Uudet sormenjäljet vaikuttavat NWUI-määrityksiin, joten nwui_configure.sh-komentosarja on suoritettava uudelleen.

Resolution

  1. Pysäytä NWUI.
# systemctl stop nwui
  1. Suorita NWUI reconfigure script ja säilytä nykyiset avainsäilö ja tietokanta.
# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh

Specify the AUTHC port for Networker Server which is managed by NWUI [9090]:
The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.
  1. Käynnistä NWUI
# systemctl start nwui
  1. Kirjaudu takaisin NWUI-liittymään . Sen pitäisi toimia odotetusti.
