Symptoms

NWUI sunucusu bir Linux platformuna kurulur.

NetWorker Çalışma Zamanı Ortamı (NRE) güncelleştirildi ve bunu bir nreconfig.sh takip etti. 
# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh
Sunucu yeniden başlatıldı veya NWUI yeniden başlatıldı.

NWUI başlatıldığında oturum açma işlemi şu şekilde başarısız olur:

Cause

NWUI Sunucusu, kullanıcı hesabı kimlik doğrulaması için NetWorker Kimlik Doğrulama Hizmetine ve JAVA'da (NRE) Kimlik Doğrulama Hizmetine güvenebilir. NRE güncellemesi, yapılandırma dosyalarını /opt/nre/ adresinden kaldırır ve yeni parmak iziyle yeniden oluşturur. Yeni parmak izi, NWUI yapılandırması üzerinde etkisi olduğundan nwui_configure.sh komut dosyasının tekrar çalışması gerekir.

Resolution

  1. NWUI'yi durdur.
# systemctl stop nwui
  1. NWUI yeniden yapılandırma komut dosyasını çalıştırın ve geçerli anahtar depoyu ve veritabanını tutun.
# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  
Specify the directory where the Java Standard Edition Runtime Environment (JRE) software is installed [/opt/nre/java/latest]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Authentication Service host [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Server to be Managed by NWUI [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the AUTHC port for Networker Server which is managed by NWUI [9090]:
The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.
  1. NWUI'yi başlatma
# systemctl start nwui
  1. NWUI'da tekrar oturum açın, beklendiği gibi çalışması gerekir.
