Vanaf Unity OE 5.4 is een nieuwe parameter cifs.smb2.smb3only geïntroduceerd om het SMB2-protocol op de CIFS NAS-server in of uit te schakelen.

1. Wanneer cifs.smb2.smb3only=0 (standaard) is ingesteld, is het SMB2-protocol ingeschakeld op de CIFS NAS-server. CIFS NAS-server kan worden geopend via de SMB2-client en SMB3-client.

detailed_description
This parameter allows the disabling of SMB2 2XX dialects (SMB2.0/SMB2.0.2, SMB2.1 and SMB2.2). SMB2 is not disabled by default, as the default value is set to 0. Note: The SMB clients must disconnect all the SMB server shares in order to negotiate the appropriate dialect after modifying this parameter.

2. Wanneer cifs.smb2.smb3only=1 (standaard) is ingesteld, is het SMB2-protocol uitgeschakeld op de CIFS NAS-server. CIFS NAS-server kan alleen worden geopend via de SMB3-client.

Opmerking: Dit is een parameter op NAS-serverniveau en zodra deze is gewijzigd, is deze onmiddellijk van kracht.
