End users require 'My Files' permission on the mapped folder and NTFS 'Read' permission on the file share.
Please note: SourceOne File Archive can take a snapshot of the file permissions when the file is archived. If modifications are made post archive it will require another activity to update the permissions from the security of file / file share.
While running the activity again check the below option:
