VxRail: Il caricamento del pacchetto di aggiornamento non riesce senza errori

Symptoms

  • Durante il caricamento di un pacchetto di aggiornamento, il caricamento è bloccato (di solito al 37%, ma può variare)
  • Dopo un po' la barra di caricamento scompare dalla GUI e non viene visualizzato alcun errore nemmeno nella GUI del lcm.log
  • Il cliente potrebbe avere il proxy abilitato o potrebbe accedere a VxRail da un server jump non sulla rete VxRail


Il web.log (/var/log/mystic/web.log) può mostrare:

Cause

Problema di rete che impedisce l'upload del pacchetto.

Resolution

  • Se il cliente utilizza un server jump per accedere a VxRail Manager non sulla stessa rete, chiedere di farlo da un dispositivo sulla stessa rete
  • Se un proxy è abilitato su VxRail Manager, disabilitarlo: Impostazioni di configurazione > a livello > di cluster
