Symptoms

  • 업그레이드 번들을 업로드하는 동안 업로드가 중단됩니다(일반적으로 37%이지만 달라질 수 있음).
  • 잠시 후 GUI에서 업로드 막대가 사라지고 lcm.log의 GUI에도 오류가 표시되지 않습니다.
  • 고객이 프록시를 활성화했거나 VxRail 네트워크에 없는 점프 서버에서 VxRail에 액세스하는 중일 수 있습니다.


web.log(/var/log/mystic/web.log)에 다음이 표시될 수 있습니다.

Cause

번들을 업로드하지 못하게 하는 네트워크 문제가 있습니다.

Resolution

  • 고객이 점프 서버를 사용하여 동일한 네트워크에 있지 않은 VxRail Manager에 액세스하는 경우 동일한 네트워크의 디바이스에서 액세스하도록 요청하십시오
  • VxRail Manager에서 프록시가 활성화되어 있는 경우 비활성화합니다. 클러스터 수준 > 설정 구성 >
