Symptoms

  • 上傳升級套裝時，上傳會卡住 （通常為 37%，但可能會有所不同）
  • 一段時間后，上傳列從 GUI 中消失，並且在lcm.log的 GUI 中也沒有顯示任何錯誤
  • 客戶可能已啟用代理，或可能正在從不在 VxRail 網路上的跳轉伺服器存取 VxRail


web.log （/var/log/mystic/web.log） 可能會顯示：

Cause

防止上傳套裝的網路問題。

Resolution

  • 如果客戶使用跳線伺服器存取不在相同網路上的 VxRail Manager，請要求他們從相同網路上的裝置進行存取
  • 如果 VxRail Manager 上已啟用代理，請將其停用：叢集層級 > 設定 > 設定
