Symptoms

  • 在上传升级捆绑包期间，上传卡住了（通常为 37%，但可能会有所不同）
  • 过了一会儿，上传栏从 GUI 中消失，并且在lcm.log的 GUI 中也不会显示任何错误
  • 客户可能已启用代理，或者可能从不在 VxRail 网络上的跳转服务器访问 VxRail


web.log （/var/log/mystic/web.log） 可能会显示：

Cause

阻止上传捆绑包的网络问题。

Resolution

  • 如果客户使用跳转服务器访问不在同一网络上的 VxRail Manager，请让他们从同一网络上的设备访问
  • 如果在 VxRail Manager 上启用了代理，请将其禁用：群集级别 > 配置 > 设置
