Symptoms

  • 事件代碼： STORAGE-00009
  • 警示訊息： 
    Two or more disks are failed and the RAID protection is in critical state for over a considerable period of time. 
If an additional disk fails, there might be permanent loss of data. The system will shut down.
  • RAID6 磁碟群組因兩個故障磁碟降級
  • 沒有可用於重建的備用磁碟
  • RAID 重建停滯或停滯
  • 系統啟動關機以保護資料完整性

Cause

Data Domain 作業系統 （DDOS） 會持續監控磁碟健全狀況和 RAID 狀態。如果兩個或多個磁碟發生故障，並且：

  • 沒有可供重建的備用磁碟 ，或
  • RAID 重建無法隨著時間推移而進行，

隨後 DDOS 會觸發系統關機，以防止進一步降級和可能的資料遺失。

Resolution

為避免發生這種情況：

  • 及時更換失敗的磁碟。更換的磁碟將成為將來重建的可用備件。
  • 請不允許系統中累積失敗的磁碟。

  • 請立即聯絡您的 Data Domain 服務/支援供應商 以取得協助。
