實作 NVIDIA 多例項 GPU （MIG） 組態時，虛擬機器 （VM） 可能無法開啟電源。
Cause
變更 MIG 組態可能需要將 Hypervisor 主機重新開機，才能使變更生效。嘗試在重新啟動 Hypervisor 主機之前開啟 VM 電源，可能會使 VM 無法開啟電源。
Resolution
此為設計運作方式。在開啟 VM 電源之前，請先將 Hypervisor 主機重新開機。
