Symptoms

VM(가상 머신) 메모리 사용률 또는 CPU 사용률이 VM에서 사용할 수 있는 메모리 사용률을 초과하는 경우 엔드포인트가 응답하지 않고 재부팅될 수 있습니다.

Cause

VM에서 정상적인 엔드포인트 작업에 필요한 메모리와 CPU를 활용할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 메모리 부족 시나리오가 발생하여 엔드포인트가 응답하지 않고 재부팅될 수 있습니다. 

Resolution

NativeEdge 2.x, NativeEdge Engineering Guidance for Memory and CPU Reservation for Endpoints 핵심 서비스의 경우:

  • RAM 최소 3GB, 권장 4GB
  • CPU: 코어의 10%

NativeEdge 3.0, NativeEdge Engineering Guidance for Memory and CPU Reservation for Endpoints 핵심 서비스의 경우:

클러스터링되지 않은 환경에서는 다음을 따로 설정하는 것이 좋습니다.

  • RAM 최소 3GB, 권장 4GB
  • CPU: 코어의 10%

클러스터 환경에서는 다음을 따로 설정하는 것이 좋습니다.

  • RAM 공유 스토리지 데이터 저장소에 단일 로컬 데이터 저장소를 사용하는 경우 노드당 최소 8GB(클러스터링되지 않은 환경에 표시된 3GB 포함) /Shared_Datastore에 추가되는 로컬 데이터 저장소마다 노드당 4GB를 추가로 할당합니다.
  • 피난피 (CPU): 코어의 25%
