Symptoms

如果虛擬機器 （VM） 記憶體使用率或 CPU 使用率超過 VM 的可用使用率，端點可能會沒有回應，並可能會重新開機。

Cause

虛擬機器可以使用正常端點作業所需的記憶體和 CPU。如果發生這種情況，可能會發生記憶體不足的情況，導致端點沒有回應並重新啟動。 

Resolution

針對 NativeEdge 2.x，《端點核心服務的記憶體與 CPU 預留 NativeEdge 工程指南》：

  • RAM：最小 3 GB，建議 4 GB
  • CPU：10% 的核心

針對 NativeEdge 3.0，端點核心服務的記憶體與 CPU 預留 NativeEdge 工程指南：

若為非叢集環境，建議預留：

  • RAM：最小 3 GB，建議 4 GB
  • CPU：10% 的核心

對於群集環境，建議預留：

  • RAM：如果共用存儲數據存儲使用單個本地數據存儲，則每個節點至少 8 GB（包括針對非群集環境指示的 3 GB）。對於添加到 /Shared_Datastore 的每個額外本地數據存儲，請為每個節點額外分配 4 GB。
  • CPU：25% 的核心
